Hello! I'm Constantine Stade.

While I love serving others through my full time job as a paramedic, my passion is building up the liturgical life of Orthodox Christian communities. I founded New Creation Bellringing to help build an authentic culture of liturgical art by guiding Orthodox parishes, monasteries, and seminaries through the process of engaging with the rich, centuries-old tradition of church bellringing.

I have a Bachelor of Arts degree in music from the University of Missouri—St. Louis, studied conducting with Dr. Peter Jermihov in Chicago, and have participated in a number of masterclasses here in the U.S. and in Moscow through the PaTRAM Institute. I also had the opportunity to live on Mount Athos at the Vatopedi Monastery, where I experienced the immersive daily worship that has flourished there for over a thousand years, and studied Byzantine Chant.

When I’m not working as an advocate for the liturgical arts, you can find me outdoors with my wife Laura, hiking, cycling, or kayaking on our Ozark rivers.
